	Option 2: House & Land packages. Choose from a selection of perfectly matched, fixed price House & Land packages. With some flexibility to tailor the home to suit your tastes, and many finishing details included, these pre-matched packages are gaining popularity as one of the smartest ways into a brand new home.
	Option 3: Townhouses. A brand new home with all the decisions made for you, it's no wonder this is considered the easiest purchase option of all. Upfront, fixed pricing means no progress payments and no hidden surprises, and it includes full finishing touches inside and out. From floor coverings and fittings through to landscaping and fencing, everything is taken care of. All you need to do is move in.

Just because Arena is an AV Jennings development doesn't mean you have to build with AV Jennings. When it is the time to build the home of your dreams, you have the freedom to choose your own builder.
